Maths in the Pipeline

MIP

TechFest's Maths in the Pipeline event is designed to give S2 pupils an insight into how Mathematics applies to real-life situations within the Energy Industry.

The one-day event has been running since 2005 and encourages students to use the math skills they have learned in the classroom to solve real world challenges from within the Energy Industry. In addition, students have the opportunity to engage with industry professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds and delve into the exciting future of energy.

Schools across Scotland will be invited to take part in TechFest's Maths in the Pipeline which will run next term. This is a brilliant opportunity for enthusiastic mathematicians to flex their skills and learn about the functions of math out with the classroom. For more information, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
