We work together with sponsors and supporters to inspire and educate our young people and the wider audience.

We encourage early years settings, primary schools, secondary schools and colleges to engage with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

We promote STEM across Scotland and we achieve this by developing, organising and delivering a range of STEM activities and events.

TechFest’s Activity Weekend is a fun, hands-on STEM event designed to inspire families and young people through interactive learning. Taking place over a weekend, it offers a wide range of drop-in workshops and practical activities led by industry professionals, educators and STEM ambassadors.
From engineering and robotics to environmental science and technology challenges, the weekend gives participants the chance to explore STEM in an informal, engaging setting. Activity Weekend helps spark curiosity, build confidence and encourage young people to see the exciting possibilities within science, technology, engineering and maths.
