TechFest supports the PVG scheme for all volunteers either as a STEM ambassador or through TechFest for in person volunteering. Your PVG records will be kept on file for 7 years. TechFest’s basis for keeping this information on file will be legitimate interest. There is no cost to yourself for joining the scheme as a volunteer for TechFest. Once you have registered your interest in volunteering with TechFest we will contact you with further details to join the PVG scheme if appropriate.

To achieve this, we work in partnership and collaboration across all sectors to ensure our programmes are embedded into our community. Working together to achieve inspiration and education for young people and our audience couldn't be possible without their support and sponsorship.
We work with around 55, 000 people over the course of our year through a wide range of activities and with a growing list of supporters, our audience keeps expanding across Scotland.
